Davie from Tipperary, the original Wild Rover came to South America on his way home from 3 years living in New York and Boston. He liked it so much he decided not to go home and ended up creating Wild Rover Hostels.
Colm from Waterford was backpacking his way around South America when he came across Wild Rover in La Paz. After a few drunken chats with Davie a plan was put together to open Wild Rover Cusco.
Liam from Dublin who had formally met Colm on his travels, was also friendly with Davie. When Liam and his brother came to La Paz for a long weekend more plans were made and we ended up opening Wild Rover Cusco together a few months later.
Oli from Yorkshire, the only non Irish man even though he claims to be Irish through his grandmother. Oli and Davie were friends for a long time and when Oli contacted Davie with a great opportunity in Arequipa they snapped it up.
