Reception Shift Manager with Advanced English

  • - Making sure staff in your team are providing excellent customer service
  • - Resolve guest’s complaints or feedback in a positive, fast and efficient way
  • - Encouraging staff in your team to provide 5 staff customer service, be the example
  • - Take responsibility for the team and ensure that everyone fulfills their role in accordance with the highest standards
  • - Work in coordination with the rest of the administration team and contribute in daily and weekly meetings
  • - Maintain constant and effective communication with the different departments: housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, bar & restaurant, etc.
  • - Supervise and monitor the hostels facilities, make sure everything is in perfect condition during your shift.
  • - Managing reservations and bookings, replying to messages
  • - Comply with company policies and procedures
  • - Efficiently coordinate operations between the different areas of the Hostel.
